Before hiring a professional toronto criminal law firm there are some things you must know.
Highlighting the cost of products and provision of services
The trader must have a clear, visible, legible and unambiguous way to emphasize the selling price of the products and services or the sale of products which are exposed, the services they provide and spare parts they sell. Selling price is the final price per unit of a product or service or a given quantity of the product, including the value of the added tax and all other public duties.
The price of the product or service must be indicated very clearly, unless another law says different. Price per unit is the price for one kilogram, one liter, one meter, one square meter or one cubic meter of product, or any other entity for an amount generally or commonly used in the sale of products. For products in bulk there is highlighted only the price of a unit of sale of the product.
The selling price must be written on the product or the packaging, the sale of products and the product in a window or box. The product other than one price it should not have anything else written on. The price for a unit of packaged product is different and depends on the product itself.
The trader must comply with the conditions of sale.
A certain amount of fine shall be imposed to a legal entity if the selling price is not actually the final price per unit of a product or service or it has a given quantity of the product, which does not include value added tax and all other public duties or does not respect the salient selling prices and conditions of sale.
Defective product or a mistake
If a trader sells products that have defects, such products must be physically separated from other products and clearly visibly and legibly marked and must have a sign that clearly indicates the state of the product.

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract if there is a defect ob the product.
